Planning application maps and figures
Planning applications and statutory submissions rely on accurate cartography to support the case being made. We support environmental consultants, ecologists, planning professionals, and individual applicants with figures for the reports and submissions they prepare. We use clearly referenced government and open data. We produce cartography for planning applications and environmental submissions, including Environmental Impact Assessment reports, with methods applicable to international planning frameworks including NEPA, EPBC, RMA, and NEMA.
Neighbourhood and local plan cartography
Neighbourhood plans, parish-level planning, and design codes depend on cartography to communicate spatial proposals to communities and planning authorities. We can produce these maps to plan-making conventions, with Local Green Space designations, character area mapping, conservation area appraisal mapping, and community consultation cartography.
Site appraisal and constraints mapping
Before committing to a site, buyers need to understand what is there and what constraints apply. We produce composite constraints mapping that brings the relevant overlays into a single appraisal-ready document: heritage designations, flood zones, ecological constraints, transport accessibility, and planning policy. Property and due diligence mapping
Property and land decisions are increasingly informed by spatial analysis. We produce cartography for property and land due diligence: portfolio visualisation, land risk analysis, boundary and title mapping, including sourced overlay and historical map evidence for land and boundary matters, comparator overlays, and historic land use change. International scope; methodology applies wherever cadastral and land-registry data exist.
